Game meat includes venison, red deer, fallow deer, and sika deer. Compared to meat from farm animals, game meat has up to four times more nutritional value, is low in fat, and contains a high amount of easily digestible protein. Beef provides good quality protein and fat, is well absorbed, and easily digestible. It contains the highest iron content among farm animals.
