We recommend avoiding choosing a smaller size than indicated by the length of the dog's back. Depending on the dog's proportions and type of fur, the proper size may be larger than the size according to back length. Another important factor to consider is that the SporttiPomppa jacket has a SlimFit cut and should fit snugly to the dog's body. However, it should also accommodate the dog's fur underneath (important for dogs with thick coats). The material from which the SporttiPomppa is made is not very stretchy.
