Game meat includes venison, red deer, fallow deer, and sika deer. Compared to meat from farm animals, game meat has up to four times more nutritional value, is low in fat, and high in easily digestible protein. Beef provides the animal with good quality protein and fat, is well absorbed, and easily digestible. It contains the highest iron content among farm animals. Pomegranate seeds contain a range of health-promoting ingredients. They are rich in ellagic acid, a natural antioxidant and effective cell protector. Pomegranate seeds have a beneficial effect on the immune, cardiovascular, and nervous systems. Milk thistle oil positively affects digestion, improves liver and gallbladder function, and is rich in unsaturated fatty acids, including oleic and linoleic acids.
